If you read the first book, Love and Other Puzzles, then you have to read this one! You'll love learning more about the characters as they discover things about themselves they hadn't even known! Excellent story about young love and the journey of self discovery that happens in the teen years. You won't want to put it down!
Sometimes the sequel of a book is a bit disappointing, but this one was anything but! I could not put this book down. Penelope Baldwin has skillfully crafted a whole world in these pages. Her book tells the story of a family that has fallen victim to the world and all of its snares. I quickly felt invested in the lives of the characters. I ended up laughing and crying right along with them. This book is a beautifully written love story with two well developed protagonists that teaches that nothing is ever easy, especially when family is involved. I highly recommend this novel, even if you didn't read the first.
Delightful reading
I've read two other of Baldwin's books and they are excellent
NO love triangle for once.While the books had their share of drama you could always tell how much eliza and mill love each other. A refreshing change from most YA books I have read.
